What does "Halal Certified" mean on your products?
For a product to be labeled "Halal Certified" on Zetpure, it must have a valid certificate from a recognized body. This ensures the product is permissible from its ingredients to its manufacturing process.
How do you verify your organic products?
We source organic products from brands and suppliers that hold valid certifications from recognized authorities like USDA Organic, India Organic, or PGS-India. We verify these certificates to ensure the products meet strict organic standards
Orders & Shipping
What are your delivery areas and timelines?
- Standard Shipping: We deliver across India. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery: For select pin codes and products, we offer faster delivery options. You will see the available options at checkout.
- Hyperlocal Delivery (Hyderabad): For fresh products like meat and poultry, we offer same-day or next-day delivery within Hyderabad.
Do you ship fresh and frozen products?
Not at the moment — but we’re planning to start offering fresh Halal meat and frozen goods soon! These will be packed in insulated boxes with ice gels to maintain freshness during transit. If you're interested in this service, please write to us at support so we can notify you once it’s available
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return and refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.
- Fresh & Frozen Goods: Due to their perishable nature, fresh and frozen items can only be returned if they arrive in a spoiled or damaged condition.
- Other Groceries: Unopened and non-perishable items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

Product & Sourcing
Can I request a specific Halal or organic product you don't currently stock?
Absolutely! We are always looking to serve you better. Please email us at support@zetpure.com with your product request, and we will do our best to source it for you.
Why do some products have different shipping times?
We use a hybrid model to ensure the best quality and price. Some items are shipped directly from our certified partners, while others come from our central warehouse. This may lead to different shipping times, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Technical & Account
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by entering your email address and setting a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your address, and view your order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on the "Login" link and then on "Forgot your password?" Enter your registered email address, and you will receive a link to reset your password.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.), and popular wallets for a secure checkout experience.
