We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or order number).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at support@zetpure.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: In your email, please include your Order Number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos or a short video.
- Await Instructions: Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but issues can sometimes occur. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Provide your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photographic/video evidence. This will help us evaluate the issue and make it right for you by offering a replacement or a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Personal care and hygiene goods (such as beauty products, cosmetics, and intimate apparel).

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item due to a change of mind.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Zetpure will cover the return shipping costs.
